Algarve Can Do Co. Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations: Reservations are based on availability and payment confirmation. To secure a booking, the anticipated payment for the chosen accommodation is necessary. Any fees, including deposits and cleaning costs, will be as advertised for each property.

2. Security Deposit: All bookings require a deposit to cover potential damage. This deposit will be held during check-in or 48 hours prior for online express check-ins. Although no charges will be made, these funds will be inaccessible until release. Any damages found post-stay may result in withholding the deposit. Ensure your credit card is valid and sufficiently funded; failure in security deposit authorization can result in booking cancellation.

3. Payment and Prices: All listed prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. Acceptable payment methods include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

4. Pre-check-in Communications: Post-booking, guests will receive reservation confirmation and essential property information. A required Accommodation Bulletin will gather details on guest count, anticipated arrival time, and mandatory identification data. Ensure accurate guest count; exceeding property limits may lead to eviction without refunds.

5. Cancellations: Cancellation fees:

  • 50% of total if canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in.

In case of accidental double-bookings, guests accept that we may provide alternate accommodations of equal or better quality at no extra charge.

6. Stay Requirements: Bookers must be 21+ and present throughout the stay. Minors must be accompanied by the booking adult. Guest information should include a valid address, email, and phone number. No pets and smoking are allowed. Non-Portuguese nationals must comply with legal identification regulations.

7. Check-in/out: Check-ins will validate the information provided with identification documents. Standard check-in takes place between 16:00-20:00 pm, later check-in requests can be met but may be subject to late-check in fees. Check-out concludes at 10:00 am.

8. Keys: Only one set of keys will be provided. Lost keys or emergency visits have associated fees, with locksmith charges borne by the guest.

9. Personal Items: We are not accountable for items left post-check-out. Return requests will be at the guest's expense.

10. Cleanliness: Accommodations are pre-cleaned, with basics provided. Extra services incur additional charges. Maintain cleanliness during the stay and dispose of trash responsibly.

11. Property Content: Seek guidance if unsure about appliance operations. Alterations or removal of property items is prohibited.

12. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. Resolutions may take up to 72 hours or more, depending on third-party involvement. Our team may need access to the accommodation for essential inspections or emergencies.
